Luke K.Y. Ng graduated from University of Melbourne with double degrees of Laws & Commerce and Australian National University with Master of Laws. He qualified as Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2008 and Solicitor of the Hong Kong High Court in 2013.　　Luke is a practicing solicitor in Hong Kong and worked for leading international law firm and financial institutions, specialising in IPO, corporate finance, funds, compliance and general commercial works. Luke is a legal advisor for numerous listed companies, SFC licensed corporations and financial institutions.
